Random Lock Ups

Running current rig in my profile, Seasonic X-850 12V is 11.88 and 11.932 fluctuating.

Is this a cause for concern?

been getting random lock ups, sudden black screens. Tested gpu and memtest to be fine.

A2 A6 debug codes shows probable sata issues. Samsung 850 Evo was only changed 1year back.

Suspect either psu or ssd causing all the weird issues.

Any ideas?

Download HDTune and scan for error (do not check quick scan). Could be sata cable issue too.

checked all disk and no errors, sata cable hmmm haven't tried changing that.
