Need feedback on this picture. Is it under expose? I use f2, 1/30, iso800.

no an expert here.
But i think you should use F8 or greater. And also use lower ISO, such as 100 or 200 is more than enough.
Longer exposure, and also starry effects from the light can be obtain. You photo will be sharp then.
And also remove cheap filters if you have one, for taking such night shots.:s7:

I am using Canon S95. No filters attached. Hand held, no tripod. Maybe I think the shutter speed too fast, I should use a slower setting.

You will need a tripod to shoot a nice night landscape.
S95... hmmm...
try using Aperture Priority AE mode of F8 or F11 or above, with ISO 80 or 100 or 125:s7:

This is badly under expose,

Is a MUST for a tripod if u wanna shoot night landscape cos your shutter speed time
need to be ard 3-4 secs or longer.
I dunno if S95 got manual mode to set both your shutter and aperture,
For landscape u need a bigger F.number like F8 or F11 etc to increase your depth of field.
You can also keep your iso to the lowest if u use tripod.

this is a PNS, no need to increase F-number so drastically to get DOF..

@BernardATK
try finding some support to get more stability, dont hold free-hand
and yes, it's very very underexposed
