any suggestion on taking the following?

find it hard to get the right exposure

this kind very hard...exposure too long the blue thingy will sure be over exp....too low the surrounding black black

also heng, cos 500D and Tamron lens now got cash back campaign

i pay $880~ for 500D with 18-55 kit lens and tamron lens is $573~

my test shots taken at 4-5am with diff settings... mostly manual.. unedited.. fresh from camera... no flash..

using fujifilm f200exr...

anyway i'm a newbie totally at taking photograph..
