If I buy a raspberry pi 3 then download Ubuntu to a sd card. I put the sd card in raspberry and it will just work or I have to do other configuration or programming so let it run on Ubuntu?

You will mostly need to configure. It wouldn't automatically connect to network, or create your default user account. Connect your raspberryPI to your tv via HDMI cable and also connect to a usb keyboard and mouse to configure for the first time. Some installation do not include openssh as default, so you might not be able to connect to it remotely.

Ic . ThanKs. As long as not some programming to the raspberry's hardware itself will do. If ck fight in Ubuntu then still ok.
