Raspberry PI

I'm gonna be ordering this. Anybody wants to pool the orders instead of self-collecting at Tai Seng?

You can get it from me at Raffles Place.

PM me asap if you are interested.

I got 1 question for this. Is it possible for this RPi, installed with XBMC, to act as a media player? I mean, not media centre, but the player, connecting to a HD TV with HDMI, and be controlled with a remote, or even, and iOS or ANdroid app?

If you just wanted a suitable player under Linux

For your usage, I think you can look for the various Android Sticks. The dual cores UG802 variants are cheap. Or if your purpose is just movies, the older and more popular single core MK802 will fit your needs nicely. You can install linux on this baby as well.

hi ppl! may I know how do I order from element14 from now on, as the singapore site doesn't seems to allow online ordering now? it linked me to Federal Components's homepage and also recommended B&Lee as another source without any links.

I would like to get one myself to explore with during this dec, hope to get some help or advice :D thanks!

Anyone tried using your Raspberry Pi for Snort (IDS/IPS) or FreeRadius?

I'm tempting to get and try building one.
