Gigabyte amd r9 290x
Corsair vengeance pro 4gb x2 ram
Corsair vs 650 psu
Coolermaster k282 mid tower case

Will be adding x2 delta electronic 240cfm 120mm x38mm fans.

Your com freezing probably has nothing to do with cpu being slow. Running hard disk is it? Get a ssd. What for add the fans?

I havent overclock yet my current setup stock for now...

I got my rig at 1.6k with 128ssd and 1tb hdd with dvd reader.

What do you mean how much will I spend. U mean on overclock?

I have no idea how to overclock thou I went onto the bio ultility b4. I scared that ill screw it up

I presumed you already got your rig.

If you intend to overclock, get a 3rd party CPU cooler first.

- XIGMATEK Gaia or CM Hyper 212X (if on budget)
- NOCTUA NH-U12S or NOCTUA NH-D14 (quite ex)

Water Cooling
- CORSAIR H80i or H100i (recommended by some bros here)
