Yes, ray tracing is good to have. But you should not get RTX just because of ray tracing.

The reason is that ray tracing performance is poor in current crop of RTX cards.... Need next gen cards to improve on performance.

Problem with Ray Tracing
1) Very few games support it currently
2) Current GPU that supports it cannot 60FPS

Therefore we should wait 2-3 years.
