Razer blade (2013) repalcement battery?

Hi guys. my faithful blade has recently started exhibiting some major self discharging (25% in 24 hours) so my guess is that its probably time to replace it. Anyone here knows where i can get a replacement battery?

I'm fully prepared to take it apart and replace it myself as I've done stuff like this before but i just can't seem to find the spare part :/

You can try level 5 corner repair shop at simlim,i think same row with bizgram but in another end of corner.opposite his shop is selling refill ink and printer.They have quite a lot of spare part with good price

sure. price quoted to me was 131 for parts and 120 for labour before GST

Battery 131 was okay.. labour not worth 120.. unless the battery was soldered onto the board. Btw to open the blade u will need very special screws.. hey mate if u are thinking of changing pls pm me as i intend to buy at least 2 spare batts.. mayb they can sell cheaper if we purchase together..

i checked le bro. it needs those 6 pointed torx screws easily available on ebay for like 3 dollars. battery is not soldered on. there's a teardown page on ifixit here

Bro,the blade battery quite easy to change.use star screw driver can solve the problem. btw,you can bring to the shop i mentioned to you.labour fee is free or maybe vy minimum charge only.

Alright man some updates. I went to the place to check and he said he can't order the battery for me and the obly place to fix it will be the razer service centre, unfortunately. But im not giving up that easily. Any other places i could try?

Iirc they don't sell these parts directly to consumers. Regardless ive dropped them an email and I'll let you know what they say

yes just confirmed with Razer AP that they do not sell these parts directly to consumeres as there is a 90 day warranty involved. i personally think that $120 is overpriced for labour and a short warranty on a consumable item...
