Razer blade 2014 issue :( Help!

Hi guys!
I got my Razer blade 14' model 2014 and now the keyboard and touchpad are not working anymore but the touchscreen, CPU, GPU everything still work well. I have sent my laptop to razer support but the said i need to pay for the motherboard and cost is very high so i refused. Can someone please tell me where can i repair it ?

laptop motherboard can only get from same model. not like PC desktop can mix and match. I think its ridiculous keyboard and touchpad spoil no need change motherboard.

Try reinstalling WINDOWS 8

or buy a new keyboard like this one

I'm surprised they can't change just one component but it's hard to say without knowing why it's not working - e.g. is it hardware failure? I've swapped laptop keyboards and trackpads numerous times but then Lenovo do make their laptops easy to swap these pieces...

Previous suggestion of buying another keyboard is good but it won't work so well if you need something portable for gaming.

i also thought they just need to change a part of the laptop but they not and the cost higher than thousand dollar . now i have to use external keyboard and mouse

If its motherboard spoilt the pc wouldnt boot. this is just the keyboard that needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately cannot find replacement keyboard

Yes i already go there but the staff said they doesn't have the part of razer blade

thats always the risk with buying with a company that doesn't specialize in PC - they can't hold stocks, and if they do - it will cost an arm and a leg without economies of scale.
