Subscription at 250k HKD min. I guess they more target towards financial institutions and deep pocket investors.

Most people here dare not even buy any SGX
blue chips & REITs which make many in
SSI huat big.

Razer is not even making $ .

Worse, losses are growing faster than revenues. Here are Razer's reported losses over the past 2.5 years:

2015 - US$20 million
2016 - US$60 million
2017 (1st Half) - US$53 million

It's a gamble! However, all Singaporean taxpayers are betting on this company already, in a sense. GIC is plonking down US$20 million for some Razer shares. As soon a part owner of Razer in this form, I hope it works out.
