Using Xspeed. My WCG sticker is on the Xspeed side. Xcontrol no WCG sticker. So I guess all the pro gamers at WCG uses Xspeed.

My copperhead does'nt feel as smooth these few days. I think its the feet that has sort of worn off slightly. Any way to change the feet?

Yup Copperhead looks better than Krait. Krait is to target MMORPG Gamers. Copperhead is for FPS Gamers.

Dead in a Day

Finally I decided to try the Copperhead, although was comparing it (online) with the G5 for past 2 weeks.

Kinda disappointed that it died on me less than 24 hours! It was working fine one minute and the next, it froze right in the middle of the screen. No matter how much I move the mouse, tried switching profile, changed USB ports, restarting my PC.. it just doesnt move more than a half an inch.

Oh, yes.. I installed only the latest driver from Razer, flashed the firmware (surprised that Razer's support section is down). And no, there wasnt any other mouse drivers installed cos I just did a OS install onto my new hard drive.

Is this normal? I hope my exchange to another one later will at least last me as long as my crappy Logitech mouse, which I am reverting to now after my spanking new copperhead bailed.

Maybe its just my luck

When flashing the firmware did you follow the instractions? I have bought every Razer mouse that has come out and never once it died on me. May be it is your luck. And also yes, I'm using Firefox to surf the net as well.

Razer icon prob

hey guys just like to ask something....

i have a db plasma but the razer icon seldom show up when the system boots up....
but the mouse is still working and the buttons are all working...

can anyone tell me wats wrong?
to get the icon back i have to uplug and plug back the mouse ....

Damn... my Copperhead recently started koking up. The left mouse button sometimes does a double click. I tried clicking without lifting and every few clicks it will do a double click. Buttons spoil?

Yes, that's the driver. You'll have to install it to have full customization of your mouse.
