Got a DeathAdder to replace my faithful Viper today. Quick question: is the deathadder supposed to be hot to a certain extent? I can actually feel the heat on the mousepad after I leave the mouse there for a while. Actually, move around the mouse also can feel heat from the mousepad and the mouse itself.

Get it RMA'ed at BL.

The last time I had that kind of experience with a Deathadder, the thing became so hot that it acted like a hand warmer. And the mouse died by itself shortly after.

Something's wrong. The DA should emit no heat at all.

I just got a Tarantula too, its freaking sweet.
You can probably get the battlelight at Funan, I saw it when I bought a protype.
Tried bargaining in one of the shops he quoted 35buxs I think...

btw dennis can I check with you on the Tarantula, I have updated my drivers to 1.01 via winupdate and I realised the Media key nolonger launches by itunes(Was working before), however the rest of the buttons are all working, is there anyway I can remedy this problem?
Binded itunes to my R1 now instead atm=P

The review doesnt exactly how long the batteries last. Looks like for ths mouse die de must be Eneloop batteries.

Thing is at its price, can get either Diamondback 3G or Deathadder for similar price. The primary selling point is that its one of the few bluetooth notebook mouse that is under $100.
