the design FYI is not abit different is actually the result of the partnership between razer and microsoft because razer designers are retarded in terms of ergonomics... but they do make good tracking engines

after use for 1yr seems like the PC cant detect the mice as often i need to plug out and plug in to activete it again

Latest on the Deathadder.

I updated the firmware to the latest 1.10 as released on Razer's site.

- Liftoff distance on Razer's own Mantis Control pad is now 3 CDs thickness... or 3.6mm, VS advertised distance of 2.1mm. Before the update, some ppl reported it to be as much as 8 to 10mm.

Improvement is there, but the Firmware still needs work.


- Acceleration issues seems to be fixed.

- In some games like Quake or Battlefield 2 (personally experienced), clicking the middle scroll button would cause the entire screen view to jerk down and the right. Reported to be a driver error, as users who didn't install the Razer drivers said that there was none of the probs.

Need a driver fix, i'd assume.


Other than that, the mouse feels great. I like the feel of the material and the shape. The pulsing blue bling bling adds vanity value too.

wanna ask about the keyboard earphone jack...there is this extremly low sound like beep when plugging a ear phone or speaker in it,well extremely low but it's kindda disturbing....anyone experience the same or izzit just me >.<"

tested the keyboard on other comp it's the same,using different earphone also give the low lowbeep....kindda fustrated coz i just bought it for 3 days .... if direct ear phone to the back of cpu then there is no low beep problem...

You can get Everglide DB mouse glide.
