as the squeaking problem is prevalent, i think it should be a one to one instead of rma...mine also has the problem.....so please get your facts right.

Yeah. The DA scroll wheel actually gets stuck when you press the right mouse button. Results in a squeak or rubbing sound.

Need to verify whether the RMA means a one-to-one or the mouse has to stay with them a few days to weeks.

Hopefully BL can check with Razer regarding this manufacturing defect with the first batch of DA mice.



Anybody using the most recent batch? Does the scroll wheel get jammed on the RMB when depressed?

bought a razer diamondback few days ago and one of the mousefeets actually came out after i use it just a few times...

i know its just a mousefeet but can i exchange for a new one ?
or if i need to buy a new mousefeet where can i get one and how much ?

Drop out after a few days? Mine after one year still pretty hard to remove. You can get evergildez mouse feets $15

We are getting Razer to address DA issue, meanwhile we had run out of stock for DA, so please allow 2 weeks before new stocks are in, by then we will be able to do something.

Yup got a reply for Razer... for those facing sound from the scroll wheel, we will do a 1:1 exchange in Ban Leong service centre.
