got a DB 3G model used for 6mths
but recently duno why my mice kept on not connected to the laptop it auto powered down
and i need to wait awhile it auto reconned again
why ah

now i use the DB 3G connect to my coolermaster notepal notebook cooler usb port
it not directly connected to my laptop usb is it why?
but why when i jist brought it its fine and now it got this problem?

In that case, you just bring your mouse with your receipt down to the service centre for an exchange. Btw may i know what's the lighting color of your mouse?

Actually i got no real receipt but it only a net's recepit as i brought it from ah-lim at upp serangoon shopp cte

But i did ask denniz before that if i got issue with the mice i could use the net's receipt to claim warrenty.

My db 3G is red led
But i dontmind to have a green led but not blue led hehee.

But if got my red led im happy with it too.

Hih, Anyone know the size different between 3G and Copperhead?


Has been using 3G for a onth and realised its too small for my liking, hence I am considering Copperhead because it seem bigger...


Is it true? Is the width broader than the 3G? Cause its the narrow width of the 3G that is giving me the problem...
