ok i just did a RMA on my 1 day old razer naga..

brought back the new one and it was perfect..working as intended.

however the scrolling wheel isn't smooth at all.

and it produce a "cranky " sound while scrolling up/down.

sometime it produce that sound , sometime it doesn't.

it's very shaky/ loose from what i can see..

should i go down ban leong service centre again or should i go playcraft for a exchange?

bought 2 days ago , last day of sitex.

Err... i will suggest you to use it for sometime for the scroll wheel to get season..., anyway you can RMA anytime within 2 years warranty period.

If you can wait, you can always wait till the next IT show... in march or something. usually they give mousepad with purchase of mouse. lol.

I just bought blackwidow. As it's the first time I use such keyboards with macro keys on the left side, I find it very hard to get used to. Everytime i want to press W, i end up pressing Q. When I want to press A, I end up pressing capslock!

nope... we do not have mirror keys for sales or replacement, let me know which keys are bad... I can help to get those for you...

Hi the keys for my Lycosa (normal version) also have the rubber peeling off until its just a blue circle... anyway i can buy replacement keys? mainly WSAD and the 2 Ctrl keys.
