Don't like Razer mice. Nice when new, but after awhile the rubber coating kind of melts(Singapore too hot? ) and it gets really sticky and disgusting to use.

hey guys. i seem to have a problem with my blackwidow ultimate. the usb at the side works fine but the headphones and mic jack at the side doesn't work when i plug in my headset. why is this so?

Just a quick check, you have plugged in all the connectors, haven't you? I believe there's a separate connector for headphones and mic, apart from the 2 USB connectors.

i just checked the box but can't find the connector

the connectors for the mic n headfone aren't separate.they're bundled together with the ports. just connect them to the appropriate jacks and they should work
