Anyways, i redeemed the gift card for mouse pads instead of the fugly mask. The rest are just too expensive. >_<

Just FYI that might help others. Is very possible that even you register for the card, and received it. But you did not register for the beta. This issue got to chat with their live support.

Never top up. Just don't go over the gift card value and you are fine. Each mouse pad cost $10-$20 anyways.

I'm afraid it's too late. The beta program is officially ending on 31st Jan from the looks at the TnCs. By the time they verify you AND mail you the card, it will be February already. No chance.

My friend verified in dec submit interests in beta until now still no beta invites. We sign up beta same time(my razerpay verified in may2020) only got into beta in early jan.

wasted sia... shld had use the lousy mask gift card for other razer products...
i use my razer water bottle gc with Razer Ergonomic Mouse Rest + Razer Mouse Bungee V3, pay extra $1.90 nia...

As highlighted clearly in their beta tnc, redemption should be for the exact item. If u likely not gonna use the card anymore, then u may wanna try redeem other stuffs cos they can either retrospectively charge u or outright ban you from partaking in the Razer card in future beyond the beta.

actually when i read the TnC here, they nvr say anything about not allowed to use the gc for any other items... infact, they did mention its based on availability, else they will replace it with something that is equal in value...

so basically, we helping them ease their burden... we choose ourselves...

U have not read their tnc and faq together. Its already highlighted and there are many clauses within tnc that implies this. In simple form at faq:

Can I redeem a different reward?
No, you are not allowed to redeem a different reward other than the reward awarded to you when you completed the Tasks.

Anyway like I mention, if u truly wanna retain the card use beyond the beta (versus getting a plausible retrospective ban or claw back) then might wanna refrain from doing so. Just a reminder.

ohh, thanks for pointing that out... missed that one...
i think if they really dont allow ppl to redeem other stuff, they will block it in the check out page... since they didnt, means they know if the item out of stock, they will replace it another item with the same value in the future... it just so happens somebody figure it out earlier...
