i only topped up to MCO visa card leh. i checked with support and they unsuspended my card already. but they say cannot top up to any prepaid card anymore. not sure if it’s permanent...

6540. Quickly move the money to YouTrip/Revolut while you still can. There’s no guarantee that 1% cashback will continue after beta and even if it does, given the lack of stability and proper customer support, I’d rather use GrabPay. It was good while it lasted though.

Call Razer call hotline, 3165 0278, their office In KL. Tell them the card is blocked and few days later back to normal

mine was stuck at this blocked screen for more than 3 weeks+ when i tried to follow their cso’s instructions to block my lost card and apply for new one.

really boggles my mind how this can take their tech team more than 3 weeks to resolve/unblock.

anyways just received the water bottle yesterday. it’s much smaller than i expected. guess i’ll just continue to use my hydroflask instead.

i’m not sure what is your iq level but you’re not understanding the question correctly.

people is asking if they can still redeem the water bottle after the end of beta but you come and post about the end date of CBP.

redemption of rewards is valid till 31 may 2021.
