Here's the power requirement for a 300W GPU like 9070 XT, not overclocked, not boosting, and does not include peripherals.

When both reach peak = ~550 Watt.

I suggest at very minimum to use a 650W power supply to prevent power trip during load spikes, very common with the latest games where shaders were missed out and have to built in real time.
