Same place. The Taichi became available later that night at S$1099 before discount. There were 9 pieces left at around 2 am last night. This morning all sold out.

I don’t think any got sold. Usually Lazada will say x number sold in the listing. This morning when I saw there wasn’t any sold, and shortly after the listing got delisted.

I guess it was mistakenly posted before the official launch time (tonight)

Not sure if they will honour or cancel those orders.

Don't based on us msrp then you won't feel painful lol...just times 1.65 of the us msrp is the estimated price for singapore.

Nvidia sg listed 5070ti price to be from sgd1250 when nvidia usa is from usd749. Using 1.3x plus 9% gst is not realistic. Not to mention there is further 'mark up' from authorised retailers.

Still the 9070xt price is better than 5070ti in terms of price to performance. However, there are other factors to consider for eg resale value, dlss vs fsr. From what I understand not all Games supporting fsr 2, fsr3 supports fsr4. Maybe just not yet?

5070ti price is never at MSRP though, even in the US.

From what I have seen, there are MSRP 9070xt in US, so 1.65x 600usd is only 990sgd. Even if I bump up to 700usd for AIB, it is only $1155sgd.

Amd gpu is purely gaming only.
Reseller also want to scalp...siao eh.

Yeah, at S$900, it's a reasonable deal if Newegg sticks to MSRP.

But scalpers selling at S$1.3K? It's a hard pass, especially when the 9070 XT doesn’t bring much beyond gaming.

Productivity wise, it's mediocre, and AMD's ecosystem still lacks the refinement and consistency.

People paying that premium are either desperate, uninformed, or just blindly loyal to AMD. No real justification for that price.

Do your research. What games do you honestly play? some games like Call of Duty heavily favor AMD, while some other games heavily favor NVidia.

Cooling on these AMD cards are much better than NVidia cards, but for me if its 20-30% cheaper than a 5070Ti then it is a no brainer.
