Anybody interested to take over a 3mbps Singnet ADSL ($23/mth) expiring in June 2011? I'll pay the subscription until the end of April. You can try to get the 10mbps at $23 later in June. If fail, just terminate - no penalty as contract expires by then.

If u are using MioTV then u cant be using the Dlink one.

If not it is the same.

1) a department that try their best to retain YOU as their customer.

2) official name for this department is call "retention department".

3) before you ask them to transfer you to retention department, you better know how to answer their questions.

retention department call me on Monday which was yesterday...

10mbps and new modem are coming this Saturday.

My contract ending in July but the CSO refused to transfer me to retention dept saying that only contract expire then they transfer.

for this special "special" offer, i dont think so... but no harm trying on your end, at most they reject you straight away.

they will hear from you again 1 month before your current contract over, pray hard this special "retention" offer still available.
