What do you mean by real time?

I know all local banks, DBS, OCBC and UOB, business account have FAST Transfer which allow fund transfer in just 5 minutes.

But I'm not sure if you can do overseas transfer that fast and to banks that are not part of FAST.

Just found out you can't do overseas transfer with FAST.

Transfer money to VISA card

You can transfer money to VISA card almost immediately via DBS internet banking. I have tried it before. However, other than the charge by DBS, there is a possible charge on the receiving bank of the VISA card also.

That's right! We are offering FAST transfers, to accounts in selected local bank. The money reaches the other bank accounts within a few minutes.

However, fund transfers to overseas accounts will still take a few working days. But you can do so from the convenience of your own home, by logging in to your OCBC internet banking service.
