Should have really went for a case with holes at the side e.g. the E-C3 that I use

How much clearance do you have between CPU fan and top panel? If it's just touching and resulting in no air intake, consider a thinner fan or just removing the fan altogether.

Now I have solved the heat issue. The gap is enough, at least 15 to 20mm.

The intake fans provide enough air inflow to keep idle temperature at around 40. They are very near to the CPU heat sink so they shove cool air directly on the heat sink.

For gaming it tops out at 70'C - noise is slight. Prime 95 tops out at 92'C.

CPU running at stock 3.5GHz (Vcore 1.175V), GPU is 1525MHz (1.2V).

I have setup the fans to allow temperature climb to 65 degrees before ramping up. So when the CPU is idle it takes a while to fall from 65 to 40'C - hot air eviction is slowed down in favor of silence.

So between 40 to 65'C - for office work, browsing etc. the case is near silent.

So I feel with proper fan calibration this case is quite good. and I recommend it.
