Realan Mini ITX case question

I am thinking of buying the Realan W80 case for a mini ITX build. Link here:

I will buy a HDPlex 160W DC-ATX unit to power it, instead of the powerboard that comes inside. Link here:

My problem is, the DC Input of the HDPlex seems like it has two screw holes on either side. The Realan case does not seem to have similar screw holes. So how do I connect the DC Input to the case. Anyone got any experience with this? Please help. Sorry for noob question.

Change connector to nut-based case-mount type lor. Like the one in Realan picture.

Or just use the Realan psu module for, cheaper and save on shipping. You can dissipate 160W in this case meh, is it a PS4?

Yes，4-40UNC panel mount screws commonly found on panel mount RS232, RJ45 and USB ports.

Those older graphic cards with VGA and DVI port are using the same type of screws. If you have dead motherboard, harvest them from the real I/O ports.

Was thinking of drilling a few holes on top to allow more airflow. Hope to place a Ryzen 65W TDP APU inside.

Will carry abroad to some countries for a few months at a go. Sometimes supply is unreliable. So decided to go for the HDPlex as it seems to have more capacitors on board. I read that more capacitors = better stabilizing effect. For SG use though I think the Realan powerboard is enough.

The power brick is more important if mains voltage unstable.

Revisiting same locations - so can have display/keyboard etc on site. Might as well carry a box around.

Sorry I have zero electronics knowledge, but I understand that adapter job is to keep out surge currents etc. I believe you mentioned something like this in another thread.

My concern is about voltage dips. Adapters (normally designed for laptops for charging batteries at constant voltage) can't step fast enough to adjust. Hence the need for more capacitors in the powerboard for faster response time.

Edit: Also forgot to mention, 120W seems borderline for a 65W AMD APU. But I may be stressing the case to max heat also.

May buy a UPS.

More interested in the case. The HDPlex is expensive but may change my mind after checking dimensions, clearance etc.
