I'm not an advocate of workplace romance. But there is company out there who adopted pro-relationship culture. As long the girl really likes the boy, reporting for sexual harassment is close to none. My rule of thumb stays. Any sexual matters should only take place when there are mutual attractions and both are heading towards a relationship. Other than that, don't do it. Let the girl initiates when she feels the time is right
