Like Samsung phones, where you can raise your palm to activate countdown timer.

Dun be so kua zan lar.. If really so lousy xiaomi phone wun be selling so many... Infact miui is good if u know how to use it... There are many useful features like dual space and dual apps..i dun think any OS can implement as stable and as good as miui..

definitely not for me. MIUI is a garbage. When i first got my poco f3, requested unlock bootloader and kept the phone in cupboard till after the 1 week wait to unlock bootloader is over, i took it out and flash custom rom immediately

i dont even want to see the word MIUI on the phone

Miui update isnt fast to begin with. Poco f3 only receive update once every 2 months. That u call fast? Samsung is already catching up on the software update speed and even oppo/realme, which i saw find x5 pro is already on april update on the demo phone, and also realme gt 2 pro is on march update at least

I did mention before, it is the matter of personal preference. I dont like miui overall, in terms of how the entire OS looks, how settings are being categorized. And even unlocking bootloader requires to wait for 1 week, which i dont get it why when we purchased the phone, it is our own rights whether to unlock.

Kua zhang? The overall looks of the software determines the overall user experience of the phone. It might not be important to some, but it is important to me at least. MIUI looks just like china looking OS sad to say, same looks as oppo/oneplus/reame too frankly speaking. U can have top of the line specs, but if software is bad, it makes the phone looks bad, spoiling the overall experience of the phone..

I did use miui for at least 2 to 3 days on poco f3 honestly speaking, i can leave with it definitely or even any normal users can live with it... But i returned to custom roms after that

I miss Xiaomi cuz of the dual apps...its REALLY good. Esp when I am can literally run 2 phones on 1.

Yes, their dual apps implementation is the best or 1 one of the best in android liao, including the dark mode on third party apps. They support way more apps compared to other

This is a main reason I didn't order the gt2 pro.... And the infra red sensor.. Super useful.. Once u have it on yr phone u likely wun upgrade to a phone wo it.

Anyway i use many brands phones before.. Miui to me is not bad.. Of cos not perfect.. U should give miui 13 andriod 12 a chance.. For looks.. There are tonnes of theme and fonts to play with...As for Samsung.. Yes they changed alot in oneui and now recently start to give sd cpu then their sucky in house cpu.. Another good point is everytime miui upgrade like from 11 to 12 then to 13 my phone feel refresh like a brand new phone..

I play tons of phones too but miui is ranked the last among all the android skins. It is usable of course, but if i had a choice, i wont use it. Havent really tested miui 13 a12 yet. But from the youtube videos, dont really see much changes compared to miui 12. Am still on pixel experience plus... Shall find a time to revert and test, but i dont have much hopes

For samsung, yup. It took them donkey years to figure out to give sd processors and also to buck up their software update speeds.

not too bad. Have gotten used to it. Don't really like the "notification" on the icon when there's something new for that app.

The camera app takes some getting used to. Will try the Street Mode tomorrow.
