yeah... resale value is not good either. Is it the local/global set? 2 year warranty should still cover it?

Samsung is at least replacing the screen now...if Oppo/Real don't..just file small claims due against them.

locally from shopee official store that has already disappeared into thin air but the imei is malaysia so i doubt they will give a care about the screen.

Oppo is supposed to service...from their Suntec flagship store. No idea abt malaysia phone. Mine was previously bought on shopper official store which listed the Oppo address for service.

nope Oppo Service Centre refuse to service, they insist that it is Malaysia set and then say no spare parts. We all bought from same realme Official Global Store on Lazada / Shopee.

WTF... Small claims court dude! $10 only to file. They are same parent. U will win. I won even against Scoot. PM I can give u a summary how to get it done. Only thing is u have to turn up in small claims court and waste a morning or afternoon.
