Me monitoring the price. Waiting for sale.

oops thanks
one seller quoted me $710 for the highest spec and that's the price closer to the cheapest SD865 phone, poco F2 pro

on a side note, seems that the listings for realme x50 pro are all the China ROMs.. didn't manage to really see any global ROMs for that, even though they are for sale in Europe.. :(

There are real global rom for X50Pro pro as long as the same model is officially marketed in India.

It’s just that the china resellers anyhow use their CN rom sets to load in Google playstore and sell it as global version but it is not.

wow, for the aliexpress sellers, after shipping also around $610 to $620 only.. :o:o

Actually, if you are not set on X2 Pro, why not get the Poco f2 Pro. SG set with local warranty and global Rom.

Might cost more and the charging time is double, but the battery is bigger so you can likely use it for long. Only drawback is that it does not have 90 mhz refresh rate.

Save yourself the trouble.

The charging time for F2 is 80mins, it's like triple slow
Do you prefer super fast charging speed or...longer standby usage?

I have some nonsense logic:
Standby usage (or SOT)/time to full charge:

Typically phones nowadays last a day,
so for realme X2 pro (24h*60m)/30mins :48
F2 pro 1440mins/80 :18
Maybe can use the higher reading to determine the worthiness,my anyhow logic

I guess if this is your judging criteria, X2 Pro win liao :s13:

my own preference will be the x50 pro as i'm somehow 1 of the odd ones who prefer the pill shape front cameras... :s22::s22:

next would be x2 pro.. Poco phone not really in my list though :o:o

Yeh, I have checked before. Set is Chinese Rom. Whether it matters depends on your usage. If you dont mind the chinese language integration, might not matter. You might find it better also, given that CN Roms usually updated 1st.

Not sure if theres any conflicts with local apps or not. Some local apps dont like CN Rom.

Not sure if they changed it in the latest update but you can't change default launcher for China rom.

oh chinese rom means some wordings will forever be in chinese, no matter how to change language settings to english i guess..

that suck for me then :s13:

so that means gotta look out for global roms instead
he used global sets sounds to me like misleading ppl into thinking its global roms, and chinese rom handsets are also cheaper :vijayadmin:
