Same experience. Lazada/AliExpress/Shopee all stuck at pending. Only qoo10 I get paid.

I wonder anyone gotten their shopee approved mine was pending since October

Shopee is app only eligible. They problem is when you click from rebate mango, it doesn't take you to the app but it opens a browser and take you to shopee website. I think that's why got no rebate

PLS DO NOT USE REBATEMANGO!

This company is like a scam! They did not honor my transaction with hilton claiming that I used promo codes. I did not use any code and followed what is required from rebatemango website (web only booking, etc). I was proactive when I realised something was not right when they tracled my transaction by with $0 reflected, emailed them after my booking and they stated that it's some technical issue, apologised and said they will update after my stay. After my stay still no update, I checked with them again and after MONTHS and back and forth, they now tell me I used some codes. I will suck it up if I did use some code and let the matter rest. But I did not use any code and hence would like to share my bad experience.

My experience with them is not so bad. Had 15 transactions, all paid out except one which is still pending. Not sure whether it will change status after more time or it is going to be rejected. Main gripe is that there is no email notification of successfully tracked or paid out transactions so you need to keep checking back.

Hi Kevin I agree with you. My transaction has been pending for the longest time and they keep awarding me with more mangos. We need cash back not mangoes

I notice my rebate mango cashback for shopee are usually tracked as $0 & awarded mangoes (which i don't know what are they for actually)

But after a few weeks. These 0 will turn into $. So far so good

How long does the pending change to approve for friends refer bonus?
Mine has been almost 3 months since my friend had made his purchase.
Must it be that his purchase has to be redeemable? His still shows as pending.

His purchase has to be approved 1st. Some shopping site (such as shopee) takes longer to change to confirm.

After I email them, they changed status to approved. Obviously their tracking system not good. Advice for those whom have pending rebates on friend referrals for long time, email them to check.
