Hi, anyone knows which are the better Master cards available that still allows rebates from AXS transactions?

0.3% will only apply to mastercard transactions. ie. AXS machine and iBanking won't qualify.

I am planning to use ANZ optimum to pay IRAS this year using e AXS.

CIMB world MasterCard need salary of $120k so I am disqualified.

I will check out scb Manhattan. If it gives 3% that will be awesome. I will cross 3K as my tax is $4800. Can someone verify if this works?

It is possible to pay. You can go to mobile AXS app. Choose pay by mastercard and then choose IRAS.

The only question is whether rebates will be credited or not. According to Trazora and more3cm, rebates won't be credited for anz optimum and Scb Manhattan.
