Rec 2 system

Need help with 2 computer.
Budget: As cheap as possible without compromising on quality.

1 computer is for my admin.
Task: MS Excel, Words, Web browsing. Prefer to hv wifi.

Another is for running Autocad, 3D Max, Photoshop. Prefer wifi also.

1. Go buy standard dell / HP.

2. Buy a Ryzen 1700 or Threadripper and a lot of RAM. Buy a 1070 or 1080 for GPU acceleration

If too low/high pls advise.

Never do non-gaming system before. Really dunno what to expect.

Have you budgeted the license cost for Photoshop, Autocad, etc?
