The comment is extracted from the article itself.
So it is wrong to state just a person name, job occupation in a post that is already mentioned in the article provided in the thread?

The intention was to draw the attention to the race of the solicitor by way of his name so as to make the tenuous link to the race/profile of the offender.

Forum Users were wise to the intentions and flagged the post. The 0-point warning is to inform the poster as much.
