Recent Boot Loop Attacks

my trusty PC of almost 7 years old recently started to boot loop again..

the weird thing is after reseating rams and gpu, it will go away.
1-2 days later it will come back.

is my pc dying?

Could it be the motherboard gpu or psu??

Would appreciate some insights here. Gam xia hamida

can be everything so slowly replace until resolved

could be a dying MB or simply a contact issue.

You can try cleaning the gold contacts of the GPU and RAM and see if that helps.

one old trick I use is to clean all contacts (RAM, GPU) with an eraser. This has helped me a lot in the past. Give that a go and see if that helps to keep it going longer!

Sounded like a troll

I can't afford the luxury of slowing changing out parts to test since I don't have spares.

Am considering to change to a itx build and salvage whatever I can.

Possible to build a itx build for 600?
Don't need os dvdr ssd or maybe ram/gpu.

Just sharing with you what I have tried and this backdates to the 90's when I was troubleshooting 486's and Pentiums back in the UK. Don't knock it till you try it AND if it works for you then ITS ALL GOOD!

I frequent EDMW and theres lotsa trolls there and i guess i grew sceptical.

No problem man. The main point in cleaning using an eraser is to NOT use any liquid on the contact points and potentially damaging your RAM or GPU but at the same time get a good clean dry surface as crap does build up over time.

it works sometimes. I use it previously too for for my speaker connectors and rca cables. Good old trick.

Today my PC hanged. And upon restarting it showed the blue screen of death follow by this kernel security check failure msg. And it actually hang at the bsod screen at 30% lol.

After that it's back to bootloops.
I tried your eraser method on both my ram and gpu but it's still the same.

I guess it's time to spend money

go amazon sg, find ddr3 ram buy le try, if can work means ram spoil, if cannot just return the ram they refund u full cash, just dont anyhow open the box and keep the delivery box well, same for graphics. if both come still cannot then rebuild whole rig

just say item faulty, return and no question ask, just thing is their ninja van pick up is ****, just use their prime trial for fast shipping,

i recently buy 5700xt red devil, the driver issues make me fed up i return the item, they refund me full value.... even after some other FOC i get to keep
