Recklessly infracted for no good reason

This was the post i was infracted for

Racism towards chinese should not be tolerated at all. Should learn **** and these *** who use racism over every small silly thing

It isn't offensive at all but yet i was infracted for posting this and the reason given is this

He's a repeat offender who once taunted the moderators in his previous threads on his clone accounts.
He's constantly making racist remarks or casting aspersions about non-chinese minorities as his pattern of posting and likes exposes his similar pattern over and over again.

In the first place who is to determine who is or isn't a repeat offender or a clone of someone else and more importantly someone should be judged on his present conduct and not on something else that occured on another time period. If you followed this line of reasoning anyone else that received an infraction from another time period deserves to be infracted in future based on his past infractions/behavior etc mind you. Is this how singapore society is like? So let's assume someone has gone to jail before for example does this mean that he is a criminal for life? In any case these accusations made at me are false but what is more worrying is that any member can simply report a member that is suspected for being another member who has a bad reputation and then receives an infraction unfairly not on his present post but all because some member suspects he is some other member with a reputation whether it be good or bad which has no bearing on the present circumstances. Surely any discerning forum member can be able to tell this infraction was due to some biasness and moderators, admin personnel should always be impartial on such matters.

Please be mindful of some of the sweeping statements you make, as well as the terminology of your words. They were apparently offensive enough for others to report them and it isn't the first time you've done so.
