[RECO] 1.5k rig

Hi,

Need recommendation for ~1.5k-1.6k rig include monitor, kb, mouse, OS.

normal gaming/office usage. some video processing but not heavy.
slightly better gfx for in case need to better game or more intensive usage.

all to purchase from store. so don't need to list lazada etc.

i got it for 1.5k during july 2015.. now should be still achievable

edit: originally was 1 x 8gb ddr3-1600 ram, i bought another 2 x 8 gb to upgrade.

excludes OS too for the build

What's the difference between 960 and 970? Or rather how big is the difference.
