An R9 270 or GTX 660 should be fine.

Second-hand wise you can look for HD7870s; they perform the same as a R9-270.

depends on your budget and also the graphic level you want to play in..

my rig is quite similar to yours, gtx 570 able to handle bf4 at ultra @ 768p and only med-high @ 1080p (avg 55-60fps)

if no budget, then might as well get the best 780ti or 290x lol!
