hi fellas. Recommendations for a full amd setup. My current setup is 7-8yrs old.

I have a budget Ard 2k including monitor. Mainly used for casual gaming, like world of tanks, would prefer on max graphics settings, n also on android emulator (BlueStacks). Would prefer a sff setup if possible due to space constraint n cats.

what u guys think about this, i know its not a sff setup, but fits my budget. with this pricepoint can get better parts? https://www.aftershockpc.com/products/amd-unbeatable3x

sorry to hijack your thread @limk0pi83 .. @NightRaven49 I'm also considering a similar build/budget(below 1.5k) for causal FPS games. However, I already got a monitor for work purpose dell u3223qe.

would you still recommend the set up proposed?

Sorry just to add on, i saw this https://www.aftershockpc.com/products/amd-unbeatable-6700xt2 that has similar gpu and cpu from aftershock.
Downside is ram (only 16gb) and some other difference. can share with me your thought on this as well?

if less concerned about size like ts and want to use up the full budget, suggest u look at aftershock/invaderpc, both have 7500f + 4070 builds which are a step up in gpu performance though i would lean invaderpc to be able to upgrade parts like psu. but for casual fps, the 5600 + 6700xt are probably enough even at 4k, so value wise it is better, but u have to contend with a low end nvme and psu. u can also research how much performance each hardware config nets u in the games u play and see which is enough for u.

7000 series has nothing between the 7600 (~$400) and 7700xt (~$650) price. based on this u can see the 6700xt is not that much more expensive than the 7600, and yet it still has more performance and vram. 7700xt does have a nice uplift in performance but then u run out of budget for monitor.
