Look ok, but I don't think need i7 though. i5 should be sufficient. although I did state that I need VMs and such. not extensively though.

eh, coming weeks is 1 or 2? or 8 or 9? big difference you know?
and is there a huge difference between now and those refreshed?

Why not waiting for the Haswell refresh in the coming weeks? And new Z97 and H97 mobos will be out, too.

Totally no point to wait for Haswell Refresh.. Its like getting Core i5-4670 at i5-4440 price. And 9 series chipset feature set don't look tantalising anyway.
