Recomendation for a low end pc

Hi all, need some advice here. i require a pc just for internet surfing, facebook games,movie at 1080p, viewing of photos and document editing only. no OS, monitor, keyboard and mouse needed.

if can budget less then 250 and i hope it will be small size also.
