just for browsing and watching movies.. size matters, cannot too big

any recomedations?

given your need, with rig should work find with Intel HD. if you need gpu, get a nvidia gt710 about $75.

NUC5CYPH + 8GBs of RAM goes for about S$240 on Amazon. You need to add HDD/SSD, OS which is the rest of the budget.

Its a HTPC with Wi-Fi and bluetooth capabilities already with minimal space use.

Yeah man. Get prebuilt. No need waste time to diy cheap builts, really no economical and no ergonomic sense.
