Recommend 2k PC

As mentioned in the title (a little over is ok), don't need the following items:
Mouse, Keyboard, Software (eg. OS)

Planning to get it today @ SLS, want to play BF1, Fallout 4 without lagging. I've got a WD Caviar Black 3tb HDD and a 256gb ssd. The space capacity is enough but they are around 4 years old, not sure whether to get new storage disks.

Monitor no more than 24 inch because of space constraints.
