Recommend a budget GPU for my built!

I need some help in getting a budget GPU for light gaming (e.g. cs/titanfall, simgames such as cities skyline/civi6 and maybe a few new titles) that'll last for the next 3-5years.

Current Build:
cpu: i3-6100 skylake
mobo: msi b150m bazooka plus
mem: 8gb
psu: seasonic 520w

i'm considering the gigabyte rx460 4gb, but heard many issues with it. lots of crashes, made me rather hesitate to get it. it's about US$120

Even 1050ti 4gb far more superior lah than rx460 4gb....

The best you can get for your budget us rx470 4gb...

If u can top up about $10 usd more, u can get a 1060 3gb....

Ditch the i3-6100 and grab the G4560.
And then reallocate budget to grab a 1060 3GB.
