Recommend a budget graphic card.

Hi,

If currently I'm using twin frozr 5850, and I have a budget of about $100-$120, what second hand cards should I look out for to get a noticeable upgrade?

Mainly playing eso only. Will play gw2 or swtor when eso goes on maint.
