Recommend a budget Android phone

Recommend a decent budget Android phone which fits the following:

- not more than $100 to $200
- screen size not more than 5"
- at least 2Gb ram and decent internal space
- good battery life
- needs microsd slot
- phone mainly used for browsing the net and chatting with friends
- I mainly play room escape games so don't need highest cpu power
- good audio quality, at least on par or better than Galaxy S3 which I own
- back camera at least 12MP

Still a bit confused over whether to choose IPS or Amoled display

In fact ASUS is a better choice. Pick Xiaomi if you do not mind about the bugs in Miui.
