Recommend a fan controller

Currently have 8x SP120 HP running at max 2350 rpm

Rig sounds like airport so i want to get a fan controller to slow them down to probably 1000rpm

Any recommendations?

you can prolly use a software to tweak it. if you are using asus board, you can use the AI Suite to manually adjust the fan speed.
