Recommend a Fan!

Hi guys, I'm currently looking for a cheap and decent (if possible <$10) 140mm
PWM Case Fan. Static pressure is not really a thing AS it's going to be used as a top exhaust, noise levels need not be spectacular as well (but added bonus? ). Many thanks!

Was also wondering about fans yesterday. How about budget around 20-25. no LEDs required. Just need the fans to be quiet yet powerful. Too many brands to choose. Confusing.

The budget can be more? Not noctua high tho. Is there any other you would recommend?

Noctuas is my most prefered brands, not sure about their prices now, but I got a few at about that price. They're of a high quality, sound one of the better if not best with the specs/perf too! Also decent packaging with good accessories The drawbacks are that they're expensive and if you're not going for the redux or industrial versions, you have to deal with their colour scheme

You can find Noctua fans at Cybermind. A decent 14cm fan cost 20-30 range.
