Hi Guys, my current build as the picture below.
Kindly recommend a built value for money. I'll be getting gtx 1070 from Qoo10.
Should be reusing SSD and HD.

Can exclude price of 1070. Means i have additional budget of less than 1k.

Require casing and wifi.

Does not require ssd, hd, monitor, mouse and keyboard.

This will be a start to my built.

Shall I wait for the new upcoming processor as I'm not in a rush to built it as well?

Requirements as below:
1. Aesthetic if its still affordable its preferable.
2. No overclock
3. No brand preference
4. Pc on table
5. SSD required
6. Wifi required
7. HD, Mouse, Keyboard & Monitor NOT required
8. ATX Casing
9. Budget for the above below $1000, exclude GTX which is already bought

Cheers!

Ocz Trion 150 ssd 240gb - $98

To save costs, can always consider getting MSI H110i Pro which has wireless AC built in.

For the SSD, I just bought Crucial MX300 750GB at $166.

Then take off the SSD and see if the rest of the specs suits your taste or not. If you want a simpler looking case can consider corsair other models or fractal design. Another worth considering is thermaltake view 27 but I heard the cable management is a bit harder and the build don't feel as solid as the other two brands mentioned above.

Up to you to wait or not. The difference is rumored to be the usual 10% improvement only. Can only know when it is released.

Plus the new release of kaby Lake probably will reduce price for Skylake. So up to you to want to wait or not.

Personally, it don't make a huge difference to me since Skylake already come with ddr4 rams. The slight bump of specs don't make a big deal unless you run heavy rendering application everyday.

Guess I will for the new processor and hope that the current generation price will dropped then.

Kaby lake out doesn't mean sky lake will be cheaper. It just mean lesser stock/models to choose from for sky lake.
