Recommend a Good and Cheap Air-Con Service Company

Got one is newway system, anyone done before?

this place is like ocean swimming with sharks. my AC is due for servicing and i can't even find a reliable recommendation in any forums.

2yrs back when i got my new aircon from gaincity, I had their 1 year package...forgot how much. think it was slight more pricey than other not so prominent coys. service wise was not bad, no complains.

but now i'm looking for adhoc normal servicing so, not gonna go back to them.

Ah yi appointment quite long
Thus I engage newsway system as recommend by yahoo top 5 best Aircon in Singapore for my chemical wash.

Apparently everything goes smooth and nice
My 2 aircons now go back super cool

As for how long will it lasts, I will update here again

I come find help endup come all the funny funny one..last time lke tat now oso lke tat....many nt oni self recommend...u see history of sum pple...sum little post all say same company or person...sum more post but ows recommend same aircon person...how mani time 1 person can repair aircon? aircon nvr spoil come inside tis forum for wad? sometime must tink back...reli gt pple so free? sit here everyday ans pple ques on aircon? no need to work arh.....

I learn lesson...prefer 2 siam groupon, siam Singapore not register company, no company no history one, no foreigner (got bad exp do already run off never ans call anymore). $ spend 1 ting leave s**t for u 2 clean is the most TL ting.

u can try wash the filter first...

I am currently using this Vendor - Aircon Republic.

You guys should google the companies that are recommended here before you make your decisions.

People can keep advertising for themselves but the reviews on Google and Facebook I think is quite genuine.

I am a real user of their services and have recommended them because they have really nice personality and workmanship.

To use them or not, it is up to you. I am just providing another option for your consideration.

Where to get the thick map or cover to put on top of compressor outside building? Upstair neighbour's aircon terrible dripping and my current plastic cover does not helps. Water spill over windows frame and make noisy sounds.

My son will soon be moving into his 4-Room HDB Resale apartment. The master room and adjoining room comes with a Fujitsu Inverter split unit run by a compressor.

As these units appeared to be pretty new, probably less than 3 years at most, i would like to know if it is possible to add a similar model to the 3rd bedroom, and replacing the current compressor? Or would it be advisable to just replace a new 3 unit split air cond system?

Encountering this issue also, usually improve after general servicing.
If I am not wrong the cause is that the isolation done unevenly and condensation occurs in that area when the cold air has trouble flowing to your wall mounted unit.

fujitsu brand... not recommended... change to new aircond better
daikin.mitsubishi electric.toshiba.panasonic... others brands no need to think bout it

just wipe out the stain and repainting it... job done.. less then $30 needed

Advise on Aircon company :
Been looking around for new Aircon for my place and came across online Aircon promotion by Jk Aircon. Seem professional at answering request at first but the day installers came, they practically worked without regards to clients request. Flooring was badly scratched and technicians left patches on wall asking that you engage a partition company to patch back as it's not their job. Night mare rookie company with unskilled workers leaving water leakage. Save yourself from nightmare by not engaging this company. Once money paid, this company is non committal to any problems you may encounter.

I dunno abt u guys but it's a pain looking for RELIABLE services like this here in Singapore. Plumbing, refrigerator repair, maid services,Electrician etc.
after many searches I went to a online booking AirCon servicing (see my previous post if interested) and thats good enough for me.
Still trying to find a good electrician (it's hard to trust after a non local came to your place, cut the wire that causes the blackout and charged you 350 bucks for it)
