Recommend a storage option

I would like to get another HDD for storage. Would it be wise to get an 2.5" ext HDD Seagate 4TB? Looks like it doesnt need power and 4TB at 2.5" is a lot.

Is seagate reliable enough compared to WD? I am looking at Seagate Backup Plus. Price-wise also it is cheaper then internal 2.5" & 3.5" 4TB HDD.

i'd rather get internal but to each their own...

reliability with seagate & wd all heng suay. your best bet for reliability will be hitachi

That's a good option too but the price for Seagate 4tb ext 2.5" is same with 2.5" 4tb internal.

Then again for internal hdd, I have to buy enclosure

Hmm. Maybe can google if possible to rip the HDD off the enclosure
